Master apprentice guidance

  Adopting a mentorship system, senior employees are designated to serve as mentors for newly hired junior employees, implementing a mentorship management system of "pairing" and "mentoring". Through work discussions and cooperation with new employees, mutual improvement and progress are achieved, helping them integrate into the team, familiarize themselves with the corporate culture, continuously promote work innovation, and enhance work results.

Welfare system
