Infrared induction foam mobile phone washing scheme


Using Yspring YS274 as the main control and YS65F805 as the touch IC with gesture sensing function, the soap dispenser solution with air isolation sensing function replaces the traditional mechanical button solution, enabling the whole machine to work reliably in humid environments for a long time.


YS274 is a high-performance and low-cost RISC MCU with extremely low static power consumption, with a maximum pin size of SOP16. It integrates 13+1 channel 12 Bit ADC and 4 channels of 12 Bit PWM output internally; YS65F805 is a low-cost 4-channel touch IC with extremely low static power consumption. Both ICs support online programming simulation, with 2K MTP storage that can be repeatedly erased and written 1000 times, bringing great convenience to development and production.

Using Yspring YS65F805 as the main control and capacitive induction switch, compared with traditional infrared induction switch, there are no issues such as infrared interference, and the induction success rate is higher

This solution has fewer peripheral components than traditional infrared sensing. The main control part YS65F805 is an MCU with built-in touch function, which completes control tasks while also taking into account touch sensing function. In the peripheral component part, infrared tubes and their signal amplification circuits are reduced. The advantages of this solution are capacitive sensing switch, no sunlight interference, etc. The main control MCU comes with touch function, fewer peripheral components, low BOM cost, sensitive touch sensing, high recognition rate, low power consumption, and standby power consumption as low as 5uA

 

Function description (customizable according to customer needs):

Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn on/off

(The green light for startup is on for 2 seconds, and the red light for shutdown is on for 2 seconds)

Close to or touch the spray sensing area, trigger the spray and light up at the same time

Spray duration in foggy state 150ms

Low fog state duration 100ms

If there is no trigger within 5 seconds, enter sleep mode
