Automatic hand sanitizer machines are usually installed in public places. As a high-tech hygiene product, compared to traditional manual soap dispensers, automatic hand sanitizers can effectively avoid cross infection during use. If a liquid level sensor is used for detection, it can detect in real time whether there is a shortage of liquid, and give a signal reminder when the liquid level reaches the set liquid line. If the automatic hand sanitizer machine is connected to the cloud backend at this time, the management personnel can check which area of the machine has a shortage of liquid through a computer or other means, and then increase the liquid or replace the container
Yspring Liquid Level Detection Device
The liquid level detection device is a product developed based on Yspring YS65F804. It uses the inductive capacitance of water in non-metallic containers to detect the presence of liquid. When there is no liquid approaching the sensor, the sensor has a certain static capacitance to the ground due to the distributed capacitance on the sensor. As the liquid level gradually rises and approaches the sensor, the capacitance of the copper foil to the ground continues to increase (the dielectric constant of water is 70 times that of air at room temperature). The changed capacitance signal is then input to the control IC for signal conversion, converting the changed capacitance into a certain electrical signal change. Then, a certain algorithm is used to detect and judge the degree of this change, thereby achieving real-time detection of the liquid level.
